Apartment Description

These rooms were once used as a cellar. There were long lines of tanks, barrels and kegs files for the preparation of good Chianti wine typical of this region and the famous fortified wine known everywhere: Vin Santo. The freshly picked grapes from the vineyard was now left to ferment in vats and barrels to make the classic red wine of our area, while for the Vin Santo was taken from the castle (Castle Apartments I and II The Castle), which was It was for three months to dry, and placed in barrels with the addition of other ingredients.
