Apartment Description

In these rooms a time were placed mats made of reeds and expanses, one above the other at a distance of a few tens of centimeters, on a structure in a very high wood. Above the shelves of this structure, which resembled precisely in a “castle”, it was lying the freshly picked grapes from the vineyard. Left on these shelves aired the withered grapes, and after about three months was passed in “barrels”, barrels used to make the wine taste so pleasant, the typical Tuscan Vin Santo.
